Marinated Salmon with Salsa
1 1/2 lbs. salmon filet, cut into 4 pieces
1/4 cup lemon juice
1/2 cup beer
1 tbsp. fresh cilantro
2 cloves garlic, minced
2 tbsp. onion, minced
1/2 red, green, yellow bell peppers, minced
2 tbsp. salsa
2 tbsp. fresh cilantro
1 tsp. hot sauce
Easy Steps...
- Combine lemon juice, beer cilantro, garlic, hot sauce, and onion. Mix well.
- Place salmon in a shallow glass dish; pour marinade over salmon. Turn fillets several times
to coat all sides fully. cover and refrigerate up to 1 hour.
- Preheat barbeque or broiler. Remove salmon from marinade, discard marinade. Broil or grill until
fish flakes in center. (About 10 min. per 1" thickness).
- Mix minced peppers, salsa, cilantro and hot sauce together. Season with salt and pepper.
Serve salmon with salsa mixture. Serves 4.
